Trigun ranting about...
Whoa, Trigun is just one of my favorite anime series.
Enough said.

Now, before this gets out of hand, I'll categorize the things to blabber about. Unintentional spoilers just might present themselves here, so be warned.

Wish list:
Let's see now. Of the many strange, appealing and downright amazing things in Trigun, what would be the top, say, 7 things I would want to hold/have?

7) Any of the Cross Punisher weapons (from Wolfwood or Chapel)
Wow. These weapons are simply sterling.
Just imagine walking around with a cross approximately as big as you while preaching about peace or collecting charity. In the event somebody makes the mistake of trying to mob you, the cross either splits into two huge machine guns or extends into a missle launcher/8 pistol case/automatic rifle.
And, after all is said and done, your pack up the cross and proclaim: "The Kingdom is at hand."

6) Midvalley's Saxophone Ability (NOTE --- the ABILITY to play)
I've always been interested in music and learning how to play a rather "less popular/unusual" instrument at that - the saxophone being the one at the top of my list. So, why not be able to play the blues (at the very least) as well as Midvalley the "Hornfreak" himself?
Besides, learning how he does it will also give me the ability to blast powerful sonic waves straight out of my sax - that is, if I could afford one.

5) Caine the Longshot's sniper rifle.
Long distance precision at its best. This HUGE sniper rifle (I'm guessing the actual unfolded length of this weapon is around 11 meters... or something like that. I'm just guessing.) has an astounding range. In the series, we see Caine use it to accurately fire shots into a town plaza/square from a few hundred meters outside the same town. Bonus cloaking device included.

4) Millie Thompson's Stungun
Personal chaingun. Can scare away opponents with the mere sight of it. As an added bonus, it counts as a non-lethal combat weapon given the fact that its ammunition consists only of metal "prongs" which literally stun targets.

3) Vash's .45 ACL Long Colt
Definitely the best-looking revolver I have ever set my eyes upon. A menacing handgun of a class on its own, this six-shooter packs one heck of a powerful and accurate punch.

2) Vash's coat
Form and functionality... well, actually, more of form. Uniquely designed, this eye-catching garment later serves as a warning (at least in the Trigun world) to those who see its wearer. A fashionable way to say "Don't mess with me."
Of course, the bright red color can be too much of a crowd-caller though.

1) The Trigun cast's strength and Vash's principles
Why these over a huge chaingun, an intriguing revolver or an awesome coat? Well, I'll admit that I probably won't be able to carry/wear all those stuff in the heat of the desert without collapsing. Imagine wearing a trenchcoat at high noon in a desert (with two suns, at that.) while lugging a huge metal cross or an equally massive chaingun.
While I'm at it, Vash's principles (love and peace) will make me responsible enough to go around and justify the cool gear I've wished for. ^_^ (Ooooops, guess I got a bit carried away moralizing there.)

More to come....
