My Cat's Meow Village Collection

I began collecting CMV when my sister-in-law gave me my first piece from the San Francisco area. Since then, I have collected a wide variety of pieces.

I have Halloween and Christmas pieces. I have several pieces from the University of Illinois that sit on a portrait of my dad. One of these is a building that was built while Pops was the Athletic Director, the Assembly Hall (above). I am currently trying to collect one piece that represents each of our Presidents, like Washington's home, below.

If there is a store in your area that sells CMV and they have a piece that is someplace a President once lived, please list the address of the store in my guestbook. I truly would appreciate it. My current (28 Nov 98) collection includes G. Washington's home, A. Jackson's home, A. Lincoln' Springfield home, U. S. Grant's Galena home, T. Roosevelt's birthplace, and W. J. Clinton's current home. I also have one first lady's home, M. Washington.

I also have a large number of accessories. Accessories are not buildings. They are pieces that help us create scenes. The next image and the image at the top of this page are accessories.
