Character Description: Kali Richards is tall for her age, around 5'4". From her mother, she inherited a heart-shaped face, with eyes of sapphire; from her father she got her tall lanky body and platinum blonde hair. Her eyes are almost always have closed, as if she is in a daydream.

She wears glasses framed with pure silver. The only jewlery she wears in a long silver chain with a pendant of a heart with a rose through it, a gift from her father when she was accepted into Hogwarts. Normally she dresses like a muggle, though her parents are both Wizards.

Personality: Kali is rather shy and quiet, so she doesn't have many friends. Because of the fact that she is from a well to do family, other children attirbute her quietness to being stuck-up, but really she is just painfully shy. Kali would rather be reading a book or flying on her broomstick than dealing with others. She is very intelligent and street-smart at the same time. The only friends she could get were her servants sons and daughters.

History: Kali Richards was born into one of the wealthest wizarding families. Her mother, Veronica and her father, Stephen treated their only daughter like a princess from the day she was born. At first they were worried that she would just be a squib, but as she aged, she showed signs of being wizard/witch.

Kali had a twin brother who died not to long after they turned five. To this day, she is still haunted by the memory of his death. They had wandered away from their nurse while in the park and over to the lake. All she could really remember was darkness, then being hauled out of the lake, and finally her brother's blue face. They had not reached him in time.

Her parent's tried to help her get over her fear of the dark, but with no luck. So to get her mind off of things, Kali buries her face in a book or goes off on her broomstick to clear her mind. She was very excited to be accepted into Hogwarts and started studying as soon as she found out.
