Character Description: Starla is fairly tall and slender, with long brown hair down to her mid-back. She has soothing icy green-hazel eyes that always appear thoughtful. Everything on her face, except for her interesting colored eyes, seems to be natural, but pretty, despite the lack of make-up. She always wears the same broken-in black and purple sneakers, and her clothes and school robes misfit loosely. She has a dark scar down her right jaw, which is hard to notice when her long hair is in her face.
Personality: Starla is occasionally shy around the people she doesn't know, but around her friends she's very outgoing. Although she can be sarcastic and blunt on occasion, it is all in good fun. She loves to read and get away from everyday life.
History: Starla was born on Oct 17th. She has one brother who already completed Hogwarts. When she was younger, she was always trying to keep up with her borther. Her parents bought her a cleensweep when she was six, because she refused to be stuck inside while her brother was outside playing quidditch. Her attatchment to him has led to her almost tom-boyish appearance today. For as long as she can remember, her mother has cared for magical creatures, and when she was nine, the fearless one that she was, she got too close to an untame doxy. She recieved the antidote, but the bite never fully healed, resulting in the scar down her jaw. Despite this bad experience, she still wants to follow in her mother's footsteps. When her acceptance letter arrived, her father was a bit disappointed that another child of his would be sent away for 7 years minus summers, but Starla was estatic. She dragged her parents to Diagon Alley that day, and had trouble deciding whether to get an owl or a rat. She decided on a cute tan and white rat named Ralph. She could hardly wait for the first day of school.
