NATO targeted the Headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This building controls the police and special units which were from the Interior Ministry and are better trained and equipped than their army counterparts. Still the building was evacuated as soon as NATO launched their illegal aggression, so there was no damage inflicted to the Yugoslav Armed Forces.
