Seiichirou is part of a rare breed of gentlemen. He is a gentleman with a silly streak with him. ^^ He is known to be the family man of the DoH and of course, named after one of the editors of Asuka. He is very nice and considerate.
Seiichirou has the power over wind and is quite powerful. He first appears in the manga helping Arashi against some cursed zombies. He quickly leaves when his beeper is set off and he has to find a phone. He practically runs off after introducing himself but he quickly turns back to give Arashi his umbrella. It was raining and Arashi was already wet but it's the thought that counts. ^^ This is one example of why he is a gentleman. The other example is when he apologizes for holding Karen. ^^ It was very cute, he was blushing.
Seiichirou has a wife and a daughter whom he loves very much. They are the very reason why he can create a kekkai, be so strong and protect the Earth as a DoH. Whenever there is trouble, such as the earthquakes that are being created by the DoE, he will call them to see if they are alright. Often, his family will say that they are fine and will tell him to calm down. It's very cute. As a huge coincidence, his and his wife's anniversary happens to fall upon the same day as his daughter's birthday. His other known relation is Daisuke who died recently at the hands of Fuuma. Seiichirou shows a lot of love for him and gushes over him purposefully just to embarass him. Yuzuriha and Seiichirou did a pretty good job, one time when Seiichirou wanted to show Yuzuriha pictures of Daisuke when he was in kindergarten. ^^ However, on a more serious note, Daisuke had made Seiichirou promise not to cry for him if he died because Daisuke would die fulfilling his wish...to protect Hinoto.
Seiichirou seems to have met both Yuzuriha and Karen before the others have. Seiichirou is very fatherly to Yuzuriha and when she witnessed Kotori's death and Fuuma's transformation, Seiichirou was there comforting her. Seiichirou had met Karen when he went to Flower, the establishment where Karen works to conduct research or something. Seiichirou isn't usually in the fights due to his work but he is often seen with Karen now. Karen is attracted to Seiichirou after Seiichirou had told her that he would be sad if Karen died, which Karen believed nobody would. Afterwards, he makes Karen promise not to do anything that would make him sad.
