Here are the people that are not Dragons of Heaven but are, rather, supporting characters. They are all important to the story line but I must add...that about half of the characters listed here are rather...*cough, cough* dead.... 0_o
Kotori Monou
Kotori was Kamui's childhood sweetheart and Fuuma's little sister. She had a weak heart condition ever since she was a child and she was never allowed to overexcite or exhaust herself. Also, Kotori had the ability to talk to birds and had great potential to become a dreamgazer. She had already dreamed that Kamui would arrive in Tokyo and had saw how Kamui could save the Earth as a Dragon of Heaven or a Dragon of Earth. Unfortunately, her fate was sealed from the very first day. She would die at the hands of the man she loved and that turned out to be her brother. Before she died, she had gone insane after witnessing the death of Kamui's aunt. It resembled the death of her mother and this brought back repressed, traumatic, childhood memories. However, during this time, she also befriended Kakyou, a DoE, and gave him a glimmer of hope. She told Kakyou that the future has yet to be set.
Hinoto
Hinoto is a dreamgazer that is far older that she appears. She has an appearance of a young child but she is deaf, blind and cannot speak. Hinoto is the one who gathered up the DoH and tried to bring Kamui onto the side of the DoH. She is very nice, polite and has often felt helpless to stop the future she sees from happening. Hinoto's future is to die at the hands of Kamui. Recently, however, Hinoto's "other" self has emerged and taken over. This "Hinoto" is very manipulative and the only ones that suspect are chibi-Inuki and Kamui. Unfortunately, she recently sent Subaru alone against Seishirou and the other DoH to another location. This left Subaru unable to create a kekkai. Unfortunately, Hinoto is far from done and is continuing to plan the demise of the DoH. Argh...I might have to move Hinoto to the Enemy page. grrrr...
Daisuke Saiki
Daisuke was Seiichirou's nephew and was also a windmaster. However, he was nowhere near the caliber of his uncle. At a very young age, Daisuke has protected Princess Hinoto and had made Seiichirou promise him that if Daisuke should die, Seiichirou will not cry. Unfortunately, if you haven't noticed, I've been talking about Daisuke in past tense. Recently, Daisuke was killed by Fuuma...DAMN YOU, FUUMA! *gets attacked by hoards of Fuuma fangirls* EGAD!
Clamp Campus Detectives
These three detectives are crossover characters from CLAMP's Clamp Campus Detectives. This group consists of Nokoru Imonoyama, Suoh Takamura and Akira Ijyuin. Nokoru Imonoyama whose family actually owns CLAMP Campus and they are the ones who "lent" the DoH a house. These three are powerful allies and provide information on when the next possible attacks from the DoE. They also were the ones who hid the Shinken.
Tooru Shirou
Tooru is Kamui's mother. After Saya Monou's death, she quickly left Tokyo. However, before the series begins, we learn that she burns to death and before being engulfed by the flames, she tells Kamui to return to Tokyo.
Saya Monou
Saya is Fuuma's and Kotori's mother. When they were young, Saya died releasing the Shinken. Saya is also a very good friend to Tooru.
Kyouga Monou
Kyouga is Kotori's and Fuuma's father. He was the master of the Togakushi Shrine and ever since his wife's, Saya, death, he has been protecting the Shinken. However, when Nataku came to retrieve the Shinken, Nataku murdered Kyouga.
Tokiko Magami
Tokiko is Kamui's aunt and resembles her older sister (Kamui's mom) a lot. She was the school nurse of Kamui's school and had held the second Shinken within her. She left a message for Kamui to guard the sword and as soon as the sword came from within her, she died.
Hien and Souhi
These two are Hinoto's servants.
Keiichi Segawa
This guy is the class rep of Kamui's class and is really nice. He became Kamui's friend easily and could really give Yuzuriha a run for the most genki person. He is very outgoing and at times, seems to intimidate Kamui with his...happiness. ^^; However, Keiichi does have tragedy in his life. Both his father and his mother have died from earthquakes and Keiichi wishes he had the power to stop earthquakes. He lives on with his life for his parents. It is what they would have wanted.
Hokuto Sumeragi
This is Hokuto, Subaru's twin sister. She's got a very loveable personality and used to look after Subaru but in order to protect Subaru, Hokuto died at the hands of Seishirou. She had casted a spell where should the circumstances occur, Seishirou will be unable to kill Subaru if he desires to kill him in the same manner that he kills her. Despite all the events that had occur in Tokyo Babylon, Hokuto still held some hope for Subaru and Seishirou. Before she died, she befriended Kakyou, a DoE and I think, they were in love. However, Kakyou was never able to prevent Hokuto's death and wishes to once again be with her.
