writer’s block
Sometimes it’s hard to write when writer’s block blocks your every thought. Mind over matter. Over fingertips splatter words on paper building building-blocks into skyscrapers. As words expand, and then taper into a point.
The point is clear. Writers, blocked by the fear of being misunderstood through the listener’s ear. How easy it is to be misheard. Stalked by the meanings of each and every word. Not taking for granted your poetic license, confirming each line is fine, and in the right tense. Controlling the thoughts of the mind is a science. Though a science still, writing requires skill. The ability to communicate, by combining letters at will.
But with writer’s block, I’ve learned a lot. Like how to prove one’s self when put on the spot. Spotted time and time again, are my right hand and pen, creating expressive designs, of consonant and vowel blends.
