Beaded Lampshade

  Instructions:

• Make or buy a plain lampshade.
• String several tiny seed beads on a centimeter length piece of string, floss, or wire. Make enough of these strings to cover all around lampshade.
• Glue these strings on to a piece of ribbon (long enough to wrap around the lampshade).
• Glue the ribbon to the bottom edge of the lampshade.
• Glue another thin piece of the same colored ribbon to the top of the lampshade.
• See picture below for guidance.
• An advanced tip: Make longer strings at regular intervals. Use a variety of different shaped beads (like in our picture).
