Unfortunately 6 December 2001 at eleven o'clock in the morning when Dmitry work on the power equipment (the electric machine tool) right hand of Dmitry has got in working machine tool (because of bad orientation in space during heart attack). Unfortunately the surgeon had to remove a part of a finger of the right hand. In these photos You can look consequences of this trauma in two hours after operation. Unfortunately Dmitry in the near future can not finish old orders and take new orders. Probably the opportunity for normal work of the right hand of the artist to appear not earlier than in three or four months. For restoration of normal work with a miniature sculpture probably it is required from one and a half till two years (before occurrence of sensitivity the rest of a finger). But full restoration of old serviceability of the right hand can not happen NEVER ... Probably Dmitry can make in the future only big and rough artworks or will be find other work for his hand ... Now artist try to study to work anew. Though this hard occupation in Dmitry`s in his new position . Probable this finger gave to artist full sensoriks(tactile sensations) of a sculptures both at a moulding and at a carving . The surgeon has made something incorrectly and operation probably will repeat. Artist ask forgive his for this not so nice news ... Unfortunately after three months a trauma of a hand Dmitry yet may not work normally. The middle finger of the right hand of the artist was spoiled(injured) in the childhood. Therefore the artist can not learn to work quickly for the staying fingers. Injured in December, 6 2002 the index finger may not be bent in the staying two phalanxes. Also from wound on the end of this finger still `go to outside` fragments of bones. And it does not give an opportunity to Dmitry to apply in work this finger still very long. The artist asks to forgive him and do not make new orders for Micro-Tools in the near future. IN NEAR FUTURE YOU WILL CAN LOOK SOME DMITRY`S ARTWORK AFTER TRAUMA OF RIGHT HAND (AMPUTATION OF FINGER).
