Radio Control microFLIGHT PUNKIN DX
|
|
This model designed by Dave Robelen was featured in the Radio Control microFLIGHT © November 2001 issue. It was originally designed for sub micro radio equipment and to be powered by a Mabuchi N20 motor. I enlarged the plans so that I could use a GWS DXA motor and Hitec radio gear. The model weights in at 7 7/8 oz including an eight cell, 300 mAh NiMh battery! The tail wheel is has functional steering connected to the rudder. As usual I used Econokote covering.
