A super sweet and silly pit mix, Sullivan (Sully for short) is approx. 2-3 yrs. old, and weighs about 60 lbs. He was rescued from euthanasia at a local shelter. Being advocates of pitbulls while living in the Detroit Area is not easy. There is a signifcant dog fighting problem in the City of Detroit and around here it is hard to avoid the awful stereotypes surrounding pitbulls. To a lot of people who have lived in Detroit, pitbulls will always be "blood-thirsty killers." Our pledge is to continue to provide realistic information about pitbulls and encourage responsible pitbull ownership.
