On tuesday night just gone TRAV from NEWCASTLE who has his car featured here at the FOR SALE FORUMS had his pride and joy STOLEN !!!
PLEASE EVERYONE and ANYONE keep an eye out for TRAVs VL and either contact him by email at the "STOLEN" page on the left menu or contact me - miss calais or call the POLICE !!
- IT COULD happen to you or anyone so please do not hesitate in calling the police or Trav if you even see any parts fitting the description of his VL !!!
GOOD LUCK TRAV in getting your VL back - fingers are crossed for you !!
..........and finally to the person THAT STOLE TRAVs VL ...........
There are EYES and EARS everywhere - just remember you CANNOT trust anyone - even in your game - even your mates that may have helped you !!!!!
It is only a matter of time until someone slips up to the WRONG person at the WRONG time or you make a mistake , take too long stealing a car and get caught by the WRONG PERSON and then you are HISTORY !!! and you will get everything you deserve

If you want to do the RIGHT thing - leave TRAVS car at a car park somewhere and make an anonymous telephone call so he can get it back ! - Some people have there cars FOR SALE FOR A REASON !!! and not all of us have a lot of $$$$$ to insure them either !

YES I know it has been a while between updates but I have been one extremely busy girl working on the S.C.C CAR CLUB and website ! However, I have also done a bit of housecleaning and redecorating to misscalais.com............what do u think of the new look ???
I would love to hear your COMMENTS about the new look so leave them at the GUEST BOOK !
I still have a fair bit of work to do so please bare with me and be a little patient as some of the work includes uploading and adding VIDEO FILES for all you guys out there that just can't get enough of them - so stay tuned for those very very soon !

10,000 hits! WOOHOOO!
A BIG thanx to everyone for visiting my site as of today misscalais.com reached 10,000 hits since March this year - the website has changed at least a dozzen times since then with so much more photos and info and other stuff and there is so much more still to come !
You may have noticed recently that the site is sometimes down and a message displays saying try again in an hour??!! Well I guess thats how I reached 10,000 hits (he he he) as it seems there have been a lot of site visitors lately so please be patient guys as I am trying to change servers so this won't happen anymore.
Apologies must be made to those interested in joining the new "ALL MODELS" Sydney Commodore Club as I have been a bit slack in that area due to a hell of a lot of hassles with all sorts of car related people but have come to the decision that this club is going ahead whether some people like it or not ! You can check out the newly acquired "under construction" site in a few days where the details for the club will be available and print the membership application form there also.
Did anyone attend the Sydney Motor Show recently? Well I finally got there LAST night and checked out the new monaro in the flesh ! Now all I can say about that is - "I WANT ONE" lol - who doesn't?? Even a certain Ford Fan that I won't mention (Wild T-he he he) could not be dragged away from it or the entire Holden Stand for that matter- I only wish I took my digital cam to get the evidence *grins*. I must say though I was not expecting a HSV BOAT ! YES BOAT ! Complete with an actual HSV engine this thing was totally gorgeous and turned many heads on the night - I WANT ONE OF THOSE TOO! - by the way if anyone did happen to take a camera and get a few snapshots I would be more than happy to take them off your hands .................. email me via the contact page if you can help out .

I received a few photos and email from site visitor Nick Gravanos from Melbourne who owns this Walkinshaw that was obviously involved in a pretty bad prang !
You can still see however that this was a fine looking Walky and it was a miracle nobody was killed. Nick is emailing me some more pics of his other cars so stay tuned for them and more details on this SPLIT WALKY !!! Thanx Nick for contributing your pics to the site . ;-)

Miss Calais is BACK ! !
I have been offline for quite a while now due to FAMILY reasons but I am back bigger and better and to friends and vistors thankyou for your thoughts and messages !
In a few days time I hope to really get stuck into the site and totally UPDATE it all with loads of new photos and club details so please be patient for those !
Current NEWS is that I have finally got my personalised NUMBER PLATES that I have wanted for quite some time - " 1SIKVL " YEEEEEEHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAA !
I am unsure however as to whether they will go on the VL now or after the new "PANTHER MICCA" paint job is complete - that's something I definately have to think hard about - SIK now SIK later - hmmmmmmm.!

CURRENT NEWS
For all the people that have been patiently waiting for application forms or more details on the new Sydney based Commodore Car Club for ALL Model COMMODORES then GREAT NEWS is that application forms are now ready and for those of you that have provided email or home addresses you will be recieving them along with membership details over the next few days !!!! WOOOHOOOOOO ! ! !
YEEHAAA ! lol
For those of you that are interested in joining and you are from Sydney then you can email me via the contact page or print off the application form and details that will be available on this site in a few days !
There were a few minor hiccups along the way but the outcome was a good one and the club looks set to be HUGE with an unbelievable amount of interest from all over SYDNEY before it has even been launched . Interest has already come from Penrith, Hornsby, Dural, Casula, Liverpool, Bankstown, Camden, the Hills District, Campbelltown, Chatswood, Manly, Hurstville and St George areas and even as far as Wollongong !
Stay tuned for further updates and Club news !
Before I go just something to think about -- that when a motorsport event or show is sponsored or organized by example a softdrink or alcohol company does it mean that because you attend that event or show that they have your support ???? As in previous years of the then called " Tooheys 1000 " at Bathurst did it mean that by attending that event that you were approving and or supporting Tooheys Brewerys ?????????
It may seem like a silly question however to those who may know why I posted this question just because a recent C A R S H O W was sponsored by a certain company associated with a certain tragic event DOES NOT mean that attending that car show or displaying photos from that event that we are supporting them or approving of them !!
A major COMMODORE magazine ran a feature on that same car show and I am sure that it certainly does not mean the same thing to them - especially one of the editors! These Sponsors or Organizers of these events are simply that SPONSORS and ORGANIZERS !!!
Like that magazine I also love Commodores and that is why I attended that show not for the Sponsors but for the CARS !!

I AM BACK !!!!!!! lol - was I missed ?
According to my guest book it seems I have been - I go off air for a couple of weeks and the place just falls apart lol - NO ALL JOKES ASIDE NOW - I have finally added the photos from the Campbelltown HDT HSV CAR SHOW held a couple of weeks ago !
I have been very busy working on launching the NEW SYDNEY BASED COMMODORE CAR CLUB !! and also doing some interior work on my VL which is coming along beautifully and if anyone is on the lookout for some "grey" series 2 VL CALAIS seats that are "immaculate" then email me ASAP as my ones are up for grabs !!
Well thats all for now but COMING VERY SOON I will add details on the Sydney Commodore Connection car club mentioned earlier and I have some fantastic VK , VT, VS, and Vp and more VL pix coming not to mention a very very fine "yellow BROCK VK" that belongs to a mate of mine and also my nephews HDT Director so stay tuned for them !

Hi peoples ! Yes I know it has been a while since I have updated the site however I have been very busy working with some other projects. As promissed there are some more Auto Salon photos added to the page so check them out however I am still waiting on a few more .
You may also notice that there has been a new gallery page added called "Motorbikes". YES bikes ! LOL Since I also like the 2 wheelers and have a few mates with them I thought I would just throw together a page of some pix and links so have a look and see what you think of it !
I have also added a Thanx/Credit page to thank a few people who have helped me along the way .

It was a great day with some fine looking cars on display including Steves Centura , Lances "UNOIOU" VK Commodore and Chubbies Commodore VC which you can checkout on the mates rides page!
