Above is the front entrance when I arrived in February. There were many shops and the road would often get flooded. It flooded so often that we named the puddle Lake CDUT. By the time I went home in July all the shops had been torn down. When I arrived back for the fall term, below is  what I saw. In front the road is being made into a 5 lane road.
