"Explore the unknown"
"Find new challenges"
“Spice up your life”
“Get out of your rut”

Do I need to change?
Abrupt, revolutionary change deprives
Gradual, evolutionary change benefits
I like where I am now
Maybe in the future, I will change
But for now, I’ll resist
