Ring Announcer: Introducing first… The challanger…. Mr. Maroooooooooon!!!!

Maroon climbs in the ring and looks at the belt hanging.

Ring Announcer: And the Champion….

::Ding Ding Ding::

Maroon waits in his corner as Layne gets in. Maroon steps up to Layne the door closes and the bell rings. Both men stare each other down. Layne pie faces Maroon back and Layne tried to climb up the ladder right away, but Maroon brought him back down and nailed him with right hands. Maroon then sends Layne into the cage twice. He sends Layne’s face into the steel two more times and tried to climb the cage. Layne followed him up and Maroon slammed Layne’s face into the cage, dropping him back to the mat. Maroon continued to climb, but Layne grabbed the ladder and threw it at Maroon and he fell from the cage to the mat..

Phil: What a battle already from both men.. Both trying to prove a point here tonight..

Layne starts kicking Maroon into the corner and knees Maroon in the face and then starts choking him with his foot. Maroon then lowblows Layne and Layne staggers back. Maroon pulls himself up and then bulldogs Layne to the mat. Maroon then follows up and starts working on Laynes leg with kicks to the inside of the thigh and then elbow drops to the groin. Maroon then starts wrenching the knee of Layne. But Brad gets close to the cage and starts yelling at him. Maroon then advances towards the cage and grabs Brad through the cage but is hit in the back with the ladder. Maroon lets go.

JR: What the hell is Brad doing??

King: Hey he accompanied Layne.. He’s allowed to be here…

Maroon doesn’t let go but starts staggering, but Layne clips his legs out from under him. Layne then opens up with several right hands and sends Maroon into the cage a couple of times. Layne continues to kick and punch away, but Maroon sens him into the corner and attempted to kick Layne in the face. Layne gave Maroon a low blow and a bulldog. Layne nails Maroon with an elbow and a big clothesline. Layne sets up the ladder under the belt and attempts to climb the ladder, but Maroon gets up and starts climbing the other side. Layne slammed Maroon’s face into the top of the ladder a couple times that he falls off and bounces into the ropes and rebounds to the ladder pushing it down as Layne is grabbing for the belt. The ladder tilts back and Layne falls flat on his back and the ladder on top of him. Maroon then runs and hits a moonsault off the middle rope on the ladder crushing Layne. Maroon rolls off the ladder holding his ribs, as Brad grabs a chair and opens the cage door and climbs in, takes the ladder off of Layne, helps him him and gives him the chair and starts pointing at Maroon. Brad then back out of the cage as Maroon gets to his knees. Layne lifts the chair above his head but Maroon low blows Layne and Layne drops the chair. Maroon stands up and then clothesline Layne to the mat.

Heyman: Layne was just one second away!!!!!!!!!!

\ Joey Styles: Away from what?

Maroon then walks across the top rope and tries to drop an elbow on Layne but he moved. Layne gets up and starts climbing Arnold Layne then got to the top of the cage, but Maroon grabbed him and slammed his face into the cage. And Layne got crotched on the top rope.

Tony: And that was the greatest crotched on the top rope EVER in the SCW…..

Layne’s face starts bleeding badly. And Maroon picks Layne up from the ropes and powerbombs him on the mat. Maroon then starts climbing up the ladder but Brad comes back in cage and hits Maroon in the back with the chair and Maroon falls to the ground. Layne gets up and starts punching away at Maroon and opening him up with right hands, he picks up Maroon and whips him into the rope, but Maroon reverses sends Layne into the cage and hits him with a Samoan drop. Brad tries to come and kick Maroon but Maroon rolls over grabs Brads leg and Brad falls to the ground and Brad scuttles out of cage. Maroon gets up and walks to the door, but Brad slams the door on his head. Layne gets up and takes Maroon down with a neck breaker and then gave him the ALS.

Stevie Ray: What a great stone cold stunner..

Brad grabs another chair and puts it cage, gets in the cage and pulls a lock out of his pocket and locks the cage. Layne grabs a chair as Maroon stands up staggering between the two men. Both men raise their chairs and swing at Maroon’s head but he drops to the mat and the chairs clash. Maroon stands up. Kicks Layne in the gut and hooks his arms and hits The Payback on Layne. Maroon then turns around to see Brad. Brad back into the cage and tries to open the locked cage door but cant then tries to climb it. Maroon starts climbing after him as Brad gets up and over. Maroon grabs Brad by the hair and pulls him up to the top of the corner of the cage and puts him in The Stuck In The Middle on the top of the cage.

Stevie Ray: What a great Walls of Jericho…

Layne struggles to his feet and sets up the ladder under the belt. Maroon sees this lets go of Brad as Brad is slumped over the top of the cage. Maroon starts to climb down and jumps to the mat half way. Layne struggles trying to reach the belt as Maroon hits Layne in the back of the leg with a chair. Maroon then drops the chair and yells for Layne to come down.

Bobby The Brain Heenan: Now that’s what I call excedrin headache number nine…

Layne comes down and the two start exchanging lefts and rights and Maroon blocks a shot. Picks Layne up and hits him with The Psychoslam. Stands up and yells for him to get up again. Brad slowly gets down the cage and falls to the mat when he gets close to the ground. Layne grabs the ropes and helps himself up barely standing. Maroon kicks Layne in the gut again and hooks the arms for another Payback. But Brad hits Maroon in the back with the chair and Maroon lets go as Layne breaks free and grabs a chair himself. Maroon is holding his back as Layne smashes the chair in Maroons head. Brad follows up with a chair shot to the head again. And Layne hits him one more time and he goes down. Layne drops the chair and starts up the ladder.

Bob: Mr. Maroon just not giving up. That man doesn’t know when to quit…

Fred: Because he’s an idiot..

Maroon brings himself to his knees. Brad yells at Layne. Layne gets down and grabs the chair again. And both men hit maroon in the head again. And Maroon falls to the ground. They start laying the chairs into his back as Shawn Hall and ‘Prodigy’ Edward Stevens run down to the ring and try getting in but cant because the door is locked. They start to climb but Brad hits the cage where theyre climbing up. Layne drops the chair and starts climbing the ladder.

Larry Zebesko: In this human game of chess.. Mr. Maroon never loses his Queen…

Maroon grabs Laynes ankle. Layne gets a look of shock on his face and kicks Maroon in the head picks up the chair and starts beating Maroon hard with the chair in the head and back. Brad goes and starts beating on him too. Hall and Stevens start climbing opposite sides of the cage as drops the chair and starts climbing the ladder. Layne gets to the top of the ladder and grabs a hold of the belt. Stevens gets to the top of the cage and drop kicks the ladder out from under Layne. But Layne holds on to the ring and belt. Stevens is flat on the mat holding his ribs as Brad goes and unlocks the cage door.

Ring Announcer: And your winner.. and STILL…. SCW Champion ARNOLD LAAAAAAAAAYNE!!!!

Hall reaches the top of the cage as Layne unhooks the belt and drops to the ground. Brad grabs Laynes arm and drags him to the door as Hall gets down the cage Brad pulls him out and locks the cage door again. The bell rings and Layne holds up the belt while Brad holds him up. Hall yells at Layne as Stevens gets up and both go to check on Maroon who is passed out in a pool of his own blood. Hall climbs to the top of the cage yelling at Brad and Layne at the top of the ramp as Layne holds up the belt.
