Ringo/Noal is a member of the Space Knights and pilot to the Blue Earth. Also, Ringo pilots the man-made Tekkaman suit with the energy rifle. At the beginning of the series, Slade and him aren't the best of friends because of the Ringo's lack of trust (maybe jealously) towards Slade. At the end of the series they become best friends.
