Hours at Work:  8:30am - 6:15pm

Well, we got to work and began working on characterizing the leakage current.  Lindsay was back at work today.  We generated lines to fit the curves and subtracted out the leakage current from a regular measurement.  (Pamela had been wanting to see this stuff).

Hong Hou also wanted us to test a normal transistor to make sure that our test setup was working properly, so that took us off track.

Apparently Pamela 'left the office' for the day sometime before lunch so we didn't get a chance to show her the stuff then.

After our lunch break we had to go to our weekly RISE meeting.  This week it was just the RISE participants.  We spent most of the time going over our feelings about the program so far... it was a good time to vent!  I did find it annoying, however, that this girl named Anita was complaining about her project - the aerospace engineering one you know... yeah, she was complaining about having to build a wing!  HOW BIZARRE!  I couldn't help but think that it was awfully rude of her to be sitting up there complaining about the project I didn't get into.  I mean I really like working with Maria and Aimi... Lindsay's nice too when she's at work, however, I know I'd enjoy the aerospace engineering project much more than the electrical engineering one I'm working on.  Oh well.

After that meeting ended around 3:30pm, we went back to work and continued on.  Jean-Marie came over to discuss what we had done so far.  Then around 4:45pm, Pamela magically re-appeared and wanted to talk to us... So we ended up working with her until around 6 pm.
