[The first part is about Seven, and his romance with Fat Flower]
Editor's note: One of my classmates, Joe, brought a cassette recorder to school and recorded the gossips of the classmates. This programme (part 1) was about Seven and the conflicts of the girls in class. According to my diary, this programme was recorded om 7/3/1995. During the lesson, Tsui See Lap allowed us to write things on the blackboard, but only one person could his seat and write each time. We wrote many things about Seven and Seven spoke much foul languages 爆粗. The speakers in the programme included Jimmy, Old Horse, Joe, Matson (the editor) and Dennis.
[The first part is about Seven, and his romance with Fat Flower]
Joe: Romance in the cake shop 餅店奇遇結良緣, part 2, last episode. Director: See Lap Siu Tsui 思立消除, Commentator: Joe Ng, Mouth action consultant: "Flash" Chi Wai 閃電志偉. Sponsors: Room 502 (5+2=7), Mild Seven, 7 Days, 7-up. Story created by "Big Eating Monsters' Group 妖魔鬼怪大食團", Story background: On 7/7/1977, 7:07 a.m., Seven appeared on Earth, and produced Seven cakes with Fat Flower, then, they overcame many difficulties, opened their own cake shop kingdom and disappeared from Braemar Hill.
Jimmy: Let's first consider Seven's appearance. Joe, what's your opinion?
Joe: He's great!
Jimmy: Why?
Joe: Even Fat Flower doesn't like him, so you say isn't he great?
Jimmy: Old Horse, you say.
Old Horse: Seven, he has everything related to seven.
Jimmy: Let's hear what Dennis says.
Dennis: ...... No comment.
Joe: Now we know the image of Seven is so good.
Jimmy: Let's talk about what Seven did in these seven years in SJA. In sum, he was very seven. In F.5 he was being teased but never fight back, but now he fight back sometimes.
Jimmy: Now let's have "Seven star fatal attacks 七星絕招", the first one is 我點你牙. Because Seven learned others to speak these words and be punished in F.5.
Jimmy: The second one is IQ 7 points, normal people have about 100 points in IQ but he has got only 7, so we can imagine how seven he is.
Old Horse: The third one: Natural seven can't be changed, so he looks so seven.
Jimmy: The fourth one is 神交俠侶. Seven saw many seven guys in other schools and feel he is just like one of those guys. And Fat Flower had the some feeling with him.
Jimmy: The fifth one is Markby San Miguel Water. Because the phone line broke down.
Old Horse: Why?
Jimmy: Of course, Fat Flower is the only one he loves.
Jimmy: The sixth one is: Powerful Seven Comb 無敵七仔梳. The comb makes him looks very seven.
Joe: The comb has oil in it.
Jimmy: And also sticky, with seven water.
All people: The seventh one is: "I love you Fat Flower, please accept me ......"
Advertisement: Seven water. Can be used to drink, onto the hair, hide insects, putting toilet paper in it etc..
Jimmy: The first war in the library. Let's describe Fat Flower's body first. ......... (deleted because the content is too pornographic)
Jimmy: What do you think about Fat Flower?
Matson: Beautiful, I can't match her highness 高攀不上. Too many poeple chasing after her, and I don't want to chase her.
Joe: Let's count how many "followers" does she have, 20?
Old Horse: Ah Kin, Ah Bang, Ah Bong, Wong Shing, Banana, me, Ng Kong ......
Jimmy: I heard Blind Keung asked him who does he love in the class, and Seven says Fat Flower is quite good. So his life was ruined,
Joe: And everybody in the school know it.
Jimmy: Really?
Joe (seriously): Yes.
Old Horse: Why did it happen? who publicized this to others?
Joe: Because Blind Horse told Heyman, and Heyman is the mass media in the class.
Old Horse (joking): He prints newspaper.
Old Horse: Do you remember the aftermath of the event?
Jimmy, Joe: Which one? we don't remember.
Old Horse: One day Blind Keung told me that Seven told Fat Flower of his feelings in the library, Fat Flower told Seven politely that she didn't accept him, then they returned to the classroom.
Joe: Then, there was much reaction in the class. Mick said a good boy like Seven still can't be accepted by Fat Flower.
Jimmy: She can't have choices!
Old Horse: One day during the Chinese Language and Culture lesson. Fat Flower tried to pull down the curtain of the classroom but didn't succeed, and Seven came to help her, they competed to pull down the curtain, and we teased him. The Fat Flower returned to her seat and Seven pulled the curtain. Then Fat Flower hate Seven more and more.
Joe: Then, I remember Seven's face turned red.
Old Horse: I remember he felt very sad that afternoon, he even didn't had his 飯壺 that afternoon. I asked him why, he said "I failed", I asked him who publicized the news, he said it was Blind Keung.
Jimmy: I can't belief she can refuse him.
Old Horse: And you said you better jump from the roof of Central Plaza rather than being with her!
Joe: But many people loves her!
Jimmy: Like Matthew in the science class.
Joe: They're just joking.
Jimmy: Right, are there any real cases? Wong Shing and Banana?
Joe: I've asked Wong Shing for many times.
Jimmy: He won't tell you the truth.
Joe: Then is it Banana?
Jimmy: Is he being upset by other relationships so that he chases after such a good girl?
Old Horse: I think the event has finished.
Jimmy: Of course not! Seven just told me that. One day I made Seven pay for my lunch in 七重天餐廳, I said to him why didn't he take care of Fat Flower and clean her forks and knifes, I said it to tease him. But he was so serious about that and said he almost forgot that. He cleaned her fork and knife. The most terrifying things is that Fat Flower's face turned red!
Old Horse: Let's talk about another thing.
Joe: "At the corner of the classroom" "課室一角".
Jimmy: About the Psychology notes?
Old Horse: This is not why they broke up. I didn't go to school that day, but I received a phone call and knew something happened. Fat Flower said to YK she didn't have Winnie's Psy. notes, but Fat Flower and Winnie met YK accidentally in the library when they were photocopying them. Another version is Fat Flower didn't give Winnie's notes for YK to photocopy, and Fat Flower intentionally photocopy them in front of YK, and they were embarrased.
Joe, Jimmy: I think the second version is correct.
Old Horse: But this is not why they broke up.
Jimmy: I don't agree, they didn't talk to each other.
Joe: Yes, I saw YK, Elaine and Long Hair also cried. This "Event of notes" makes everybody unhappy.
Jimmy: Any informations do you have?
Matson: Not really, I seldom talk with Fat Flower.
Old Horse: Maybe she was angry with someone at that time, and direct the anger to people.
Jimmy: That's because of the notes.
Joe: That was not realted to Seven.
Jimmy: Yes, but Seven didn't talk to Fat Flower at that time.
Jimmy: Fat Flower asked Banana to said that she intentionally don't let YK to have the notes.
Old Horse: I talked with Banana and he asked me not to intervene, and Fat Flower argued with me next day. Then we hope the problem to be solved and Joey invited the girls to his home and made things to eat, so that the girls would be fine again, but then Fat Flower left early. So then many things happened.
Joe: Why I haven't heard that?
Old Horse: Only the people who came to Joey's home (Fat Flower, Elaine, Long Hair, YK).
Joe: So that's "At a corner of the classroom?
Jimmy: Yes, I haven't much information.
Jimmy: Seven seldom appeared in this story.
Joe: He is only the victim.
Jimmy: He won't stand in Fat Flower's side.
Old Horse: He didn't belong to any sides.
Jimmy: No!
Old Horse: But he didn't say anything about the event.
Jimmy: He was just calculating the gains and loses.
Joe: He is involved in both sides, but he is involved more in the other side.
Old Horse: At that time the atmosphere in the class is terrible.
Jimmy: Yes, the class simply broke down.
Old Horse: Fat Flower was isolated. And Seven never involved in the war.
Jimmy: Of course not, That's not my version. Somebody convinced him away from Fat Flower's side.
Matson: Really? I don't think so.
Joe: The other side is too strong.
Jimmy: Seven always wanted to be a middleman between the two forces.
Matson: because he doesn't want to upset anybody, he wanted to solve the problem, but he ...
Jimmy: He always makes things worse. His intention is to solve the problem, but he used a wrong method, or he overestimated his ability, or underestimate others' destructive power.
Old Horse: I know that the two sides had been well for a period, but when the Event of Notes happened, they argued again.
Jimmy: I think things just accumulated and broke out so that the problem is so serious.
Old Horse: During Chinese language and Culture lesson I always receive Fat Flower's pieces of paper, I receive about 3 pieces everyday but that day she gave me ten. She told me that she hated YK so much.
Jimmy: You have good diplomatic strategy.
Old Horse: I advise her to take it easy, and then YK and her became normal again, but then Event of Notes happened.
Jimmy: In sum, that's the trouble.
Joe: In conclusion, this year two parties established.
Jimmy: I think we've only a One party system.
Joe: One diminishing party.
Jimmy: Which used to be prosperous.
Joe: And the two party make the class broke into parts.
Matson: That's 冰封三尺非一日之寒.
Old Horse: Apparently one party is distinct.
Jimmy: Without the help of Seven, the party can do nothing.
Matson: Because Fat Flower is too bad, and no one helped her.
Jimmy: She has problem in diplomacy.
Joe: She tried to make us as her helpers, but we said we wouldn't help her.
Old Horse: One day before the sports day, Banana phoned me and asked me not to interfere, and we argued angrily. Lau Dog was in his home and tell Banana to fight somebody (Joe: Punch So Kwan-Ho?), and I put down the phone. Next day Wong Shing and Fat Flower went together. Banana didn't go to the stadium. Wong Shing was silent but Fat Flower spoke loudly against somebody in the science class.
Matson: Because Lau Dog told Fat Flower to do so. I sat behind them, so I heard Lau Dog's words.
Old Horse: I don't know that.
Joe: Fat Flower told me something that time but I ignored her.
Jimmy: That's the first day of the sports days, I went to other classes to sit because I knowin this class some troubles would happen and I didn't want to border them.
Joe: Fat Flower sat with he to talk but I ignored her.
Jimmy: She wanted someone to help her but she is so bad.
Joe: I agree.
Old Horse: In fact she can be very friendly to people, but all the things she done was for one or two persons.
Jimmy: .... I think this comment is reasonable, I agree.
