Treasurer: The financial sheet was handed out and Jan went over it with the league. The first dues and bond money are due tonight.
A time frame will be decided for when dues will be accepted. The executive will discuss this and bring it to the board.

June 9 – Spryfield A
June 16 – Cue & Cushion A
June 23- Club Q

June 9 - Cue & Cushion A and Cue & Cushion B
June 16 - Cue & Cushion A and Cue & Cushion B

Dale reminded everyone that fines come out of the bond money and if a team uses all their bond money then another bond is owed.
Any mistakes on the stats should be corrected by emailing or calling Keith. Keith also reminded everyone to circle their team name when faxing or mailing in sheets.
Dave Boone would like to see an electronic sheet on the website where teams can input scores instead of faxing or mailing. This is something that can be looked at but will probably not be implemented in the near future.
Banquet – We have received one quote from Brewster’s and are waiting on a second one from Centennial. Sue Hackney could not be here tonight and she has the other quote. The executive will look at the quotes and may have to make a decision without consulting the board if time limits are a factor.
Club Q is closing and the team will no longer have a home club. Club Q would like to play the remainder of their home games at the away clubs. All the away nights that are left are at clubs that can accommodate this.
Cap’t Eli’s tables have not been repaired yet. Dale will try to finish them before Wednesday.
There is a problem with one of the tables by the bathroom at Breaker’s Dartmouth. The cloth is very loose and moves while bridging. Brad advised that there are 3 eight-foot tables available and that table does not need to be used.
The Cyril Abs memorial tournament was scheduled to be at Club Q on July 24. The tournament should be kept in the Q system since Cyril Abs worked and played for the Q. Dale advised the league that it has been decided at previous meetings to hold this event at a Q as long as there was one. The tournament has been moved to Spryfield Q for July 24, 2004.
Keith will update the website with new contact information.
Since the Q is closing the meetings need to be moved.
Motion – The meetings will be held at Almon Billiards.
Made by – Connie Lynch
Seconded by – Keith Tyler
All were in favor of the motion and the motion passed.
The next meeting in on Tuesday, July 27, 2004, at Almon Billiards.
The meeting was then adjourned.
