Mixed Metro Pool League

The meeting was called to order at 7:08 p.m. and attendance was taken. The minutes from last meeting, April 23, 2006 were read by Jennifer Rowden. The minutes were passed without objection.

Old Business

The incident with Dooly’s Kempt and Dave Doolittles is still being investigated. We are waiting to here from Darlene who could not be at the meeting.

New Business

Dooly’s Kempt will have 1 team. There are 8 teams total which means the league will be playing a double round robin. League will start May 17, 2006.

Dale will make up the packages for each team. The league will reimburse him for ink costs. It was discussed that all teams would be called by the secretary and two packages would be left at the home team’s venue. It was decided that Kieth will be picking up the packages on Monday May 15, 2006 and bring them to Almon. The teams can pick up their packages anytime after 6:30 p.m. at Almon.

Connie Lynch and Connie Gover are not allowed to play until dues are paid.

Each team is required to pay a bond fee of $100.00. The bond money is due 4 weeks after play starts.

All meetings will be held on Sundays, there was no objection to this.
