The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. and attendance was taken. The minutes from the last meeting were read by Christa Cormier. The minutes were accepted without objection.

Executive Reports

Dues was collected from the following teams:

Dooly’s Kempt – $96.00

Dave Doolittles – $96.00 + $15.00 (guest for banquet)

Almon Billiards – $192.00

Spryfield Q - $192.00 + $30.00 (2 guests for banquet)

Captain Eli’s – $192.00 + $60.00 (4 guests for banquet)

Dooly’s Burnside – $96.00 + $45.00 (3 guests for banquet)

Brewsters – $96.00

Locas still owes $192.00, Christa is going to call Locas and remind them to bring their money on Wed.

Old Business

Rookie has been decided as per last minute table. Tabled for next year the motion to do away with of the Rookie of the Year award based on the fact that it is too hard to control, the league can not govern who is a Rookie and who is not.

New Business

Discussed that 8 teams is good, but we should still try and get more teams interested. It is in the best interest of the organization.

Discussed divisions (A&B), team trophies and major trophies. Expenses went down because the league lost teams, the number of average trophies went down due to the decrease in teams. Discussed buying jackets for the league/league winners instead of trophies.

Discussed what we charge a guest for their plate when they attend our banquet. The cost of a plate is $20.00, the league currently charges a guest $15.00 a plate therefore the league is loosing $5.00 on every plate. This should be changed in 2007.
