The meeting was called to order and attendance was taken. The minutes were read from the last meeting were read by Christa Cormier. Ross Bruce accepted the minutes

Old Business

Ross motioned to do away with Rookie of the Year award. Craig seconded, 1 person was opposed.

New Business

Signing authority needs to be changed to Jen Potter and Darlene Laidlaw.

Rob Rogers motioned the league create a second Vice President position and combine PR and Stats. Greg Nickerson seconded. The constitution needs to be updated.

There are 8 teams total, start date is 23 May 2007.

Dale Brimicombe will get score pads and drop off to Christa. Christa will telephone captains and let them know where their team is playing. Packages will be dropped off at the home team club the night of play.

Cyril Abs tournament is July 14, 2007, voting on clubs to host the tournament next meeting.

League owes Kieth Tyler $459 for trophies he paid for last year.

Diamonds will only pay $100 bond, they are the old Dooly’s Kempt team. Every team last year got their bonds back accept for Locas A and Locas B. Diamonds team is required to pay $75 of their bond because they were owed $25 from last year

Nominations for Vice President:

Jen Potter and Helen Wood nominated Kieth Tyler. Kieth Tyler accepted nomination. Kieth Tyler is Vice President by acclamation.

Nominations for Vice President:

Alix Carr and Angie Tyler nominated Helen Wood. Helen accepted nomination.

Kieth Tyler and Shiela nominated Angie Tyler. Angie Tyler accepted nomination.

A silent vote was held, Angie Tyler is Vice President.

Ross motioned the meeting be adjourned at 8:25, Craig seconded.
