The meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m. and attendance was taken. The minutes from the last meeting were read by Craig Teal. The minutes were accepted without objection.

Executive Reports:

No fines, stats are good. Nothing to report from Public Relations.

Old Business:

The bank account in Dartmouth will have to be closed because Dale, Connie and Jan are the signers, it is easier to open a new account then to change the signers.

Keith has been paid $456 for the trophies he paid for last year.

Quotes for the banquets are due next meeting.

Bids for the Cyril Abs tournament were submitted:

Dooly’s Burnside - Green fees are $200 in turn the league would receive $200 in Dooly’s gift certificates. Happy hour for the whole tournament, $3.25 for shots or local beer. There is no cover charge for the people playing in the tournament.

Brewsters – 9 tables available, no table time will be charged. Happy hour prices all afternoon until 6 pm, $3.25 for shots and local beer. The kitchen will be open from 10 am – 10 pm and will have specials through out the day.

Almon – No table time will be charged. Happy hour until 6 pm, $4.00 a beer and $3.75 a shot.

Helen motioned to have the tournament at Almon, Keith seconded. Everyone in favor, no one opposed.

Helen motioned to keep the Cyril Abs tournament on 14 July 2007, Rob seconded. There was no objection to move the tournament to 28 July, 2007.

New Business:

Craig took money to pay Dale for the score pads, he will bring receipts to next meeting.

Renewal for website Domain will be due in August. Craig thinks it is $20.00 for 2 years.

Diamonds club is closed, they will play at their opponents club until next meeting. They still get home team advantage.

July 15, 2007 rosters are due.

Jenn suggested the league change The Rookie of The Year plaque to Most Sportsman Like Team. Thought for next meeting.
