The meeting was called to order at 7:40 p.m. and attendance was taken. The minutes from the last meeting were read by Christa Cormier. The minutes were accepted without objection.

Executive Reports:

No fines, nothing to report from Public Relations.

Treasurer Reports:

Players club did not pay dues on time.

Old Business:

New account was opened.

Banquet is 22 Sept, 2007; there were no bids therefore the executive will decide on location.

Website renewal, Craig is still waiting to talk to Dale.

Diamonds Club is now the Players club which is on Young and Barrington.

28 July, 2007 is the Cyril Abs tournament at Almon Billiards. Registration is 10 am, play starts at 11 am. Each team is required to send at least 4 members, there is a $10 fine if less than 4 show. $30 per team. Keith is in charge of trophies.

New Business:

Last week of playoffs falls on the long weekend in Sept. Jenn motioned to change last week of playoffs to Tues and Wed (4&5 Sept). Everyone in favor, no one opposed.

Next Meeting will be 26 Aug, 2007, $288.00 will be due. Teams are required to be paid in full in order to play in play offs.

Christa motioned meeting adjourned, Jenn seconded.
