The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. and attendance was taken. The minutes from the last meeting were read by Keith Tyler. The minutes were accepted without objection.

Old Business:

League has not received any quotes for the D.J. Kieth/Jennifer will follow up.

New Business:

Trophies need to be picked up. Jennifer will pick up trophies at Locas. Next meeting Darlene needs to know how many guests are attending the banquet and she needs the money. It is $20/guest.

Jennifer motioned that Dwayne Thompson be issued a warning letter for behavior and is suspended from playing in the Cyril Abs Tournament for 1 year. Alix seconded.
