The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. and attendance was taken. The minutes from the last meeting were read by Christa Cormier. The minutes were accepted without objection.

All teams paid in full.

Old Business:

A copy of the Rules, Constitution and Code of Conduct handed out to each team.

New Business:

Two teams missed the first night of play and are rescheduling the match. If a player wins all four games should that be included in the player’s most consecutive games won. Craig Teal motioned that consecutive games should be accumulated by the date of play not the date the match was suppose to be played. Glenn Nickerson seconded, no one opposed.

Scotch Doubles July, 25^th, each team is required to send 4 players. It is a $10 fine for each person less than the 4. Shannon 8 Ball, Dooly’s Sackville and Dooly’s Burnside submitted quotes (all quotes attached) to host the Cyril Abs scotch doubles tournament. Dooly’s Burnside had 4 votes and Dooly’s Sackville had 3 votes, therefore the tournament will be held at Dooly’s Burnside. Registration starts at 11 am and play starts at 12.

Craig suggested that a form be created for next year for the venues to fill out if they want to host the Cyril Abs tournament.

For the next meeting all teams are required to bring rosters and banquet quotes. 4 weeks dues, 5 weeks dues for Shannon 8 Ball and Brewsters.

Meeting adjourned at 7:52 p.m. without objection.
