Executive Reports:

Craig had no fines to report for stats.  Everyone was given a copy of the treasurer’s report.

The meeting was called to order 7:10 p.m.  Minutes from previous meeting were not available to be read.  Rosters and dues were received from all teams.  Dave Doolittle’s, Dooly’s Burniside and Brewsters gave quotes for the Annual banquet with another quote possibly coming from Christa.  The place and date will be decided on at the next meeting.  Cyril Abs Memorial Tournament on July 25^th at Dooly’s Burnside, Registration at 11 a.m. to 11;45 a.m. with play starting at Noon.  A special thanks to Glen Nickerson for donating trophies to be plated and engraved.  Phone calls to Craig with scores for night of play are no longer necessary, because they were only needed in order to be published freely in the newspaper.  Score sheets for night of play still need to be faxed or emailed to Craig by no later than Fridays at noon.  Also a reminder that Monday July 27^th is scheduled for play in case any one forgot. 

Next meeting scheduled for August 23^rd at 7 p.m. at Almon Billiards.  Six weeks of dues are required at this time.

Metting adjourned at 7:45 p.m. Jennifer motioned and Angie seconded the motion.
