Under Construction

  1. To be a member one person per couple has to ride a licensed motorcycle, unless otherwise voted in. The motorcycle must be maintained in good mechanical order.
  2. A patch will be given to new members after a completion of a probation period. The probation period will consist of attendance at four club events within six months. The new member must be in good standing at the end of the six months. If a member in good standing wants an additional patch, he/she will have to make a $40 non-refundable use fee for each patch.
  3. Each member must wear club representation at every club function. The club colors must be worn in a respectful manner.
  4. Dues, which are non-refundable, are $10 each month starting with the first meeting after acceptance of application. Dues will be collected at the beginning and/or the end of each meeting. If probation does not work out for reasons determined by officers, then dues will be refunded for the probationary period.
  5. Any member who is over three months behind on dues, that member cannot attend club sponsered events until the dues are paid. After six months of default on dues, a member forfeits his/her membership in the club and must return any patches. Patches are sole property of Mixed Nutz RC. If the patch is not sent back within thirty days of written notification, all legal and court costs incurred to return the patch will be paid by the forfeiting member.   6. The Robert's Rules of Order will be maintained in each meeting.
  7. We will hold a general meeting once a month. An officer must make at least six meetings. An officer is not allowed to miss more than two consecutive months of meetings. Members are encouraged to attend all meetings and club events.
  8. Voting for new office positions will be held once a year at the January monthly meeting. Nominations will be taken in December for office positions. Nominees will need to be in good standing for at least one year.
  9. There may be an impeachment for any officer that is not fulfilling his/her duties and/or for any other violation of office. The officer and members must be given a thirty day notice for a special meeting. Impeachment will occur with a seventy-five percent agreement between attending members and proxy votes. The remaining officers will place a temporary officer for the position.
  10. Duties of Office
    • President
      • To attend all meetings of the club.
      • To have general supervision over all aspects of the club.
      • To be the representative or choose the appropriate representative of the club for any occasion or business contracts.
      • To assist all members with their operations of office such as records, correspondence, and other activities.
      • To vote only when necessary to break a tie.
    • Vice President
      • To assist the President with any duties or club functions.
      • To take the place of the President in his/her absence.
    • Secretary
      • To keep a record of all meetings of the club.
      • To send out reminders of regular or special meetings.
      • To handle all club correspondence.
      • To keep a list of all active members with the help of the Treasurer.
      • To maintain IT functions.
    • Treasurer
      • To collect dues from members.
      • To collect any other money that is due to the club.
      • To keep records of all money transactions of the club.
      • To give any financial reports upon request, with the approval of the President.
    • Sergeant-of-Arms
      • Will have safety and security supervision at all club functions.
      • To retrieve and reclaim outstanding club property and dues.
      • To keep order.
    • Member at Large
      • To recruit new members.
      • To act as public relations.
