You know what I was aiming for...those jet beads victorian women wore so much. Got this little bracelet at the accessory store for less than buying the beads loose, scav'd a clasp in the bargin. Wore it once and it broke, carried the broken bracelet in my pouch for a month until I got tired of the beads getting under my nails when I dig for change. So I figure, miniature necklace, how hard could that be? Well I take my hat off to those who make miniature jewelery because this was a pain in my neck. After I got those darned things strung and tied off what I felt was a good knot, it came undone, scattering those near invisible beads all over my already crowded work space. grrrrr So I string them again and tie them off with a fury that lacked grace and there you have it, the not so impressive miniature necklace that took more time than the proverbial 13 pound cane.
