~MY FOURTH WEEK~
EXERCISE TIPS (COMING SOON)
STARTING ON JULY 1st I BEGAN TO WALK WITHOUT HOLDING ON TO THE SIDES OF THE TREADMILL NOW THIS IS MUCH HARDER TO DO SO PROGRESS SLOWLY.
THIS NEXT CHART WILL BE THE TOTAL NUMBERS FROM ALL FOUR CHARTS TO SHOW HOW MANY MINUTES I WALKED AND HOW MANY CALORIES I BURNED FOR THE WHOLE MONTH I'll EVEN INCLUDE MY WEIGHT NEXT MONTH I'LL BE ADDING MY DISTANCE THAT I WALK AND MY SPEED.
