Kag's POV
I woke up and tried to sense where I was. Nothing worked. I couldn't feel anything. I stood up and looked around. 'Where am I? Mio? Can you hear me?' No answer. 'Where that heck am I?! Why can't I communicate with Mio?' This was NOT good. I started walking until I found a door. Its whiteness really contrasted with the black of the rest of the place. I walked through the door and was bombarded with voices.
'Why is she here?'
'Did she die?'
'How did that happen?'
'Isn't Midoriko doing her job?'
'Why didn't she bring her back?'
'This isn't right.'
'Why about the prophecy?'
'Crap.'
I looked around in confusion. 'Umm.. excuse me.. where am I?'
'She speaks!'
'She is truly here..'
'Not good! Not good!'
'*sigh*'
I got annoyed. 'WHERE THE HECK AM I?!' Silence. 'ANSWER ME!'
'You are dead.'
'Why are you not alive?'
'What are you doing here?'
'Answer the questions.'
'You people are odd.. Whatever. I died to save Inuyasha, the hanyou. I dunno what I am doing here since I have no clue what here is. Now answer mine. Why am I here? Which prophecy? What about Mio? Who are you?'
'Fine. You are here because you died.' I died again? Jeez.. I am one unlucky person.
'You will find out about the prophecy when the time comes.' Not the answer I was looking for, but o well.
'Midoriko is your guardian.. although she is not doing a good job.'
'We are the spirits of the Jewel of Four Souls, Kushi-mitama, Ara-mitama, Saki-mitama, and Nigi-mitama.
'Grand.. Why was I chosen?'
'We cannot answer that because the youkai lord is bringing you back to life. Farewell miko.' I was glad I was being brought back to life, but I wanted more questions to be answered. O well.. no use crying over spilt milk. I felt my soul come back to me and opened my eyes to see everyone staring at me with worried expressions. "Hello everyone.. why the worried faces?" I switched to my hanyou form as I was pelted with hugs from Shippo, Mio, Sango, Sai, and Kirara. I looked over at Inuyasha, Sesshomaru, Kouga, and Miroku. Now that I think about it.. Miroku hasn't groped me at all.. whatever. Inuyasha, Kouga, and Miroku looked relieved, but when Inuyasha caught me looking at me, he whispered a 'Feh.' and turned away. Kouga was shouting something along the lines of, 'Thank you Kami-sama for letting my woman live! Thank you! I am eternally grateful!' Miroku just shook his head and walked over to pry everyone off me. Before we got into another discussion, I looked Sesshomaru in the eye and said telepathically, [Arigato gozenimasu Sesshomaru-sama. I am grateful. Expect something from me if you travel with this ragtag group of ours. Onegai.] He looked at me with his expressionless face but if you looked closely in his eyes, you could see a thoughtful look in them. He gave a curt nod and turned away. [Remember, you are not allowed to hurt my friends.] For reasons beyond me, I was ecstatic that he was coming with us. Unfortunately, Mio can read my thoughts.

'Mio. Shut up. I told myself I would never love again. Look what happened between Inuyasha and me?'
<-Remember. I can read your thoughts and I can tell what you are feeling. Sorry Kag, but your falling in love.->
"Whatever. Let's just get some sleep." I threw out my senses and felt that Sango and *shock* Miroku curled up together with Kirara off to the side, Inuyasha jumped into a tree, Sesshomaru sat against one, Sai and Shippo slept on some sleeping bags we brought, Kouga slept on the ground, and after I was sure everyone was settled, I floated up and slept in midair. It's very comfy actually, it's not to hard and not to soft, and you don't touch anything! My ideal bed. Right before I went to sleep, I saw Sesshomaru looking at me. [Need something? Just think it so you don't wake up everyone.]
'Who are you? What is your name?'
I transformed into my human form and looked at him. [I am, as you used to say, Inuyasha's human wench. The name's Kagome. Goodnight.] I waved at him as I became hanyou again and lied down. I yawned and fell asleep.
-DAWN-
I groaned as the morning sounds of our group woke me up. Inuyasha, Kouga, and Sesshomaru were bickering, Sango, Miroku, and Kirara were looking as if they were gonna attack Sesshomaru, and Sai and Shippo looked on in amusement. I did not need it this morning. "Osuwari!" I heard a thud. "Now everyone shut up and let me sleep before I eat you. Rawr." I looked at everyone as they sweat dropped. "What?"
"Umm.. We're hungry.." Sango looked at me.
"Fine. Whatever." I made a table of food appear before everyone. "Enjoy." I went back to sleep.
-12 MINUTES LATER-
"Kagome! Wake up!" I sighed as I flew down to the ground.
"What?" I mumbled sleepily.
"We need to go. Now." I couldn't tell who it was.
"And why is that?"
"Wake up woman!" That would be Inuyasha, but who was the other person. They were female, whoever they were.
"I dunno, they just wanted me to wake you up."
I started growling as my vision finally focused. They didn't like me this morning.. In front of me was a green haired female. "Who are you?"
"My name is HaruKawa. Haru for short."
"Not to be rude or anything, but your here.. why?"
"Umm.. I found you guys and thought it would be smart to come with you."
"Whatever.. let's just go. Sooner we get somewhere, the better." I looked behind me and had to stifle a laugh. We had so many people! We had.. 11 including Mio and I. Wow.. and knowing my luck, we would be joined by a couple more people. Yay. Imagine my joy. I started walking North because.. I wanted to. Behind me I heard the bickering of Kouga and Inuyasha, Miroku groping Sango (Come on. You didn't think he would stop did you?) and Shippo droning on and on talking to Kirara. Poor Kirara.
'Hey Mio? I need you to do me a favor.'
<-What do you need me to do?->
'Switch bodies with me for a couple hours so I can sleep.'
<-And how would I do that smart one?->
'Easy! I let you out of the Tama and go into it!'
<-So do it.->
'Yay!' I pulled her out of the Tama and pulled myself into it.
<-My soul?->
'O ya. Here ya go. Catch.' I threw her soul out to her and watched as she started explaining to everyone what had happened. 'Don't lose me, kay?'
<-Ya.. ya.. just go to sleep.->
'With pleasure.' I yawned and went to sleep.
-AFTERNOON-
<-We're stopping for lunch. Get out. My turn to sleep.->
'Do you guys like to wake me up?' She nodded. 'Fine. I'm up.' I pulled myself out of the jewel.
<-On second thought, I like it out here. We want lunch.->
I made some lunch appear for everyone and looked around. That new girl, Haru, was pestering Inuyasha, Sango was cuddling with Miroku. I would have to ask her about that later. Shippo, Sai, and Kirara were playing tag, Kouga had called his pack and was talking with them.. where was Sesshomaru?
<-He walked off that way.-> She pointed.
'Thanks.' I walked into the forest that we had camped next to. I looked around when I was tackled into a tree.
"Wench. What was it you were gonna give me?"
I rolled my eyes at the nickname and looked him in the eye. "You will get it in your own due time."
"I will get it now!"
"Wait. Ok? Trust me."
"If I do not get it within a fortnight, I will kill you and your group."
"Ya ya.. whatever." I walked off to the river and started to sing.
"Why do you travel with the weak half-breed?"
"I feel a commitment to Inuyasha because I shattered the jewel, and he had to come with me."
"Do you.. have feelings for the half breed?"
"You want to know what I feel for your brother?" He growled. "Half-Brother, I mean."
"Whatever."
I shrugged as I started to sing.

"Those are my feelings for Inuyasha." I was still walking when against all odds, he hugged me. "..Wha?"
"I know what it is like to be betrayed. My best friend's family killed my father." 'Why am I telling her my life story?'
I gasped. Sesshou has feelings? Sugoi.. "I am sorry Sesshou. I guess we are more alike then we like to think." I looked up into his eyes and my heart started pounding. 'Why do I feel this way?'
<-'Cause you're in love.->
'Shut it.' I leaned forward to kiss Sesshomaru as he leaned down when the all-too familiar prickle in the back of my mind snapped me out of the trance I was in. "Gomen Sesshou. Jewel shards. In the Northern direction." 'What was I thinking trying to kiss him like that?! I can't really be falling in love.. can I?'
"..I understand." 'Why the heck did I almost kiss the half-breed?'
\'Cause she's tempting./
'There is nothing on her that is even remotely tempting.'
\..Right.. Look. She has such pretty eyes./
'I know.. hey wait! No!'
\Her lips are probably really soft.. What do you think she taste like?/
'Probably something good.. Stop talking to me!'

'Leave me alone!' (That was Sesshy talking to himself.)
"We should get going to that jewel shard."
"Right." He stalked off back into the direction of the camp when I ran forward and hugged him. "Arigato." I flew off to camp. 'Why am I doing these things? I don't want to fall in love again.. last time I was hurt and betrayed..
<-That's just 'cause Inuyasha is an imbecile.->
'Thanks Mio.'
<-No problem. Now, for that jewel shard, it is in the city called Yoshinbu, a city next to Namiezuki, the Northern castle.->
'Let's tell everyone.. *sigh*' I walked into the camp and everyone looked up at me. "Shikon shard to the North. Get ready everyone."
"Are you sure Kagome-sama?" Miroku asked.
"Have I ever been wrong?!" I snapped.
"Ano.. No.."
I sighed. "Sorry guys.. just some stuff that's happening. Gomen. Let's get going. I'll take Sai and Shippo. Kirara take Sango and Miroku. Everyone else just.. well.. run.." I spelled my hood to stay on as I picked up Sai and Shippo with my powers and started to fly in the direction of the jewel shards. I turned around and saw everyone following me. We got there about 30 minutes later..

We walked up to the gates and told the guards we had an appointment to go to the castle. I changed my voice so that they wouldn't know I was female.
"Who are you and what do you need?"
I tapped into their thoughts and growled at what they said.
'Ugh.. A whole bunch of demons.. but the females..' And he licked his lips!
'What the heck?!' "We have come to talk to the Lord of the Northern Lands." Come on. Where do you think the jewel shard would be? Buried in the ground? I don't think so.
"What business do you have with Leader?" (That's gonna be the lord's name. Leader.)
"We need to talk about a couple of things we need."
"Come on through." He said with a menacing undertone. I should've caught that.. We walked through the gates and were gassed with a very powerful poisonous gas.
-NIGHTTIME-
I woke up with a major migraine. 'Mio.. what happened..' I waited. No answer. 'Mio?' Still none. 'Mio?! Where are you?!' I opened my eyes. We were in a dungeon. By we, I meant all the guys and me. Where were all the females?! "Guys! Get up now!"
Simultaneous groans. "Ugh.. What happened?" Inuyasha was the first one to get up, followed closely by everyone else with Shippo getting up last.
I started to panic. "All the females except me have been captured! And I can't help them! Why didn't they take me?! It must've been my hood.. they thought I was male.." *shudder*
"Feh, They probably thought you were too weak. And why can't you help them?" Inuyasha sneered as he turned around with everyone else to look at me.
I sighed. "Because I'm human."
CHAPPIE END! ^_^ What did you think of this chappie? Sorry about keeping it in Kagome's POV for pretty much the whole chappie, but I was too lazy to change it. :P I added in Kagome/Sesshomaru fluff! YAY!
