I've tried setting this up several times, and unless I'm wrong this is the right one. Start the album near the beginning, when the farmhands drop the wagon back on its wheels. The opening synths should come in when Burt Lahr stops after Dorothy grabs his arm.

Checkpoint

The atmospheric guitar part six seconds into "Bullet the Blue Sky" should come in right when the camera cuts to Dorothy running through the empty farmhouse during the storm.
