A "no" vote will result in the active chapter continuing on probation until at least the end of the Spring Term. RESOLVED, The Board of
Directors of the Pitt Chapter of Triangle Fraternity hereby suspends the
Active Organization of the Pitt Chapter pursuant to the powers granted to
it by the Chapter Constitution and By-laws. Whereas the Active Organization
has failed to meet the goals assigned to said organization in August,
2000. Whereas the Active Organization
has failed to meet a series of goals self-assigned by said organization in
October, 2000. The Active Organization of the
Pitt Chapter of Triangle is hereby directed to cease any and all
operations. This includes (but is not limited to): ·
Turning over of all financial
records to the Treasurer of the Corporation. ·
No sponsorship or participation
in any events as "Triangle Fraternity" unless it is an approved
Alumni Organization or Chapter event. |
