Status: Witch. One of the Six Powers, all of whom are female. Her power is over animals. (The Six Powers control water, air, fire, plant, animal and, in keeping with the changing times, machinery) Despite her powers, she is not a favorite of the Devil because she refused to bear him a child, a task the other five powers gladly performed. Thus she is a rogue. Imagine Amy's mom, but one million times more powerful.
Familiars: One large black cat named Cat and one large raven named Bird. She once had a horse, but Satan took it from her for her constant disobedience.
Weapon of choice: Her sword named Grizelda which she has had since she was a child. she also has a set of enchanted chain mail that protects the wearer from any harm. She is becoming proficient at slaying techniques thanks to secret lessons with Giles.
Transportation: A red convertable Corvette affectionatly nicknamed Tweedmobile or Tweedy
Place in the Buffyverse: Giles' lover before and during his "Ripper" days. Emma feels guilty because she was the one who introduced him to the dark side. She blames herself for his bought with alcohol and took care of him while he drank. Giles ended their relationship by simply disappearing one night from her flat. She went insane, got over it by agreeing to become a Power, came to America soon after and has been living the the South ever since.
Appearance: Emma has dark, almost black, hair and dark brown eyes. She has very pale skin and her face turns red when she has overexerted herself. She has large eyes, lips and a large nose. She is also overweight, but it doesn't stop her if you get my drift.
Behaviors/Emotions: Try to imagine a cross between Lwaxana Troi and Barb Wire. She has been celebate since Giles left her. She still loves him very much and wants to try to reignite their relationship. As such, she is Buffy's ally and a mother figure to Willow, Amy and Micheal.
Career: Emma is the library assistant in the rare and old books room at USC.
Other: Ethan hates her and she hates Ethan.
