| This is a very simple dessert to put together. It tastes great too. I got the recipie from my aunt Betty and I'm not sure who she got it from. :) At the bottom will be a variation that my dad and I just came up with this Easter weekend by accident...but it's still very good!! | |||||||||||||||
| what you'll need.... | |||||||||||||||
| 2 pie shells (
i usually use 9") 8 ounces of whipped cream 8 ounces of cream cheese 8 ounces of sour cream 1/4 cup of sugar 1 Tbs of vanilla |

| Mix the whipped
cream, cream cheese and sour cream, sugar, and vanilla
together. Make sure your pie shells are cooked and cooled. Pour the mixture into the cooled shells and refridgerate for about an hour . That's it! Now for the variation...... |

| 2 pie shells 8 ounces whipped cream 8 ounces cream cheese 8 ounces cottage cheese 1/4 cup sugar 1 Tbs vanilla 1/2 can of cherries with filling |

| fix it all the
same way as the first one, except add the 1/2 can of
cherries also. You can use the rest of the cherries as a
topping. and of course you can also use cherries in the
first recipie. This came as an accident because when I took the ingredients to my dad's to make the pies, I thought I had sour cream, when in fact I had cottage cheese. Dad talked me into making it, so the credit belongs to him. :) |
