Kitties who made quick paths

These are kitties that we didn't get to know that well. We loved them while we had them, and missed them after they were gone.

Meese was a kitty I had in high school. I don't remember where we got her from, but she was the neatest looking thing. You can tell by the picture she looked like a racoon. We kept her as an inside kitty and she did really well. During the summer break of my junior/ senior year, my mom went to Alaska, and i had to stay with a friend. Once there i had to put Meese outside and she didnt' hang around to long after that. She liked hanging around in the barn, but I dont' think she liked it outside to much. I regret losing her.

This is Shadow. He was our first tom cat after me and Robert got together. Robert found him at his work site, sitting on a semi truck tire, meowing so loud. He was a site. He fought for his territory like a prize boxer. There was one hard headed white cat that kept coming over to get whopped every other night or so. Shadow never had a scratch, but that poor other cat was sure messed up!
Shadow liked to roam of course, even though he was a daddy's boy. Robert loved having him around cause he was such a "man's" cat, i guess. :) He left us before Tabby and Fuzzbutt, I think he found a new home though, cause I was sure I caught a glimpse of him at someone else's house.

This is Fancy. We got her from a family here in town. They were wanting to find another home for her so we took her in. We probably only had her for a few months though. She got sick with something that really pulled her down. She got so bad we had to let the vet put her asleep. She was pregnant when she was given to us though, so we had her kittens to carry on her line.

This is Rascal, one of Fancy's kittens. :) She was a silly cat. As you can see, she's sitting on top of an umbrella! She gave us lots of babies too. We were moving when her litter was about 4 or 5 months old and took them all with us to our new home, but every one of them, including Rascal ran off! Later, one of her boys, Cookie, came back to us. You can read about him on another page. :)

Oreo is a kitty that was given to me by Dad. We've had her since she was about 10 weeks or so. She was an inside kitty at first, but didnt' want to stay in the litter box, so ended up being outside. She is a very loveable cat, she'd rather you carry her while your outside than to walk herself! She also is very good with kids. Mine would lug her around all over the place and she just purr's and purr's.
The reason i put her on this page is that i havent' seen her in about 2 weeks now, so I fear she has gone.
