Mom and Gary

This is my mom and step-dad Gary. They got married on Feb. 21, 1998. I think it was the best move that my mom made! They get along great and are certainly made for each other.

Mom is really into gardening and outdoor stuff. Since they got married, she has made a continuous flower bed to go all around the farm! Not to mention starting a Mum business for the autumn. Gary owns the farm with his dad, Grandaddy Fred. (He's a hoot, by the way)

My kids love going over there. Canaan is basically Gary's shadow since he follows him everywhere he goes! That's their Papaw. Katlyn likes hanging around with Mamaw if she doesn't feel like wandering outside on her own, either that or she'll be in the pets water bucket playing.

No matter what they're the best set of Grandparents our kids could ask for.

The top left photo is from a time a lot of us were together and were at the local Chinese restaurant. The top right is at Dad's house for Easter, 1999. The bottom left is when Kimmy was down to visit for the first time in Jan. 2000. We were at our local Mexican eatery (yum!) and the bottom right is from the same visit here at our house.
