Tabby and Fuzzbutt

These two kitties were the first cats we owned after my husband and I got together. Tabby was gotten from a local lady who had a litter to give away, and Fuzzbutt was given to me by my aunt and uncle who owned her mother and siblings, Pooter, Dingle and Berry. :)

Tabby is the yellow Tab (so unique) and Fuzz is the light color calico.

They were both characters. Spoiled from the first, they were big babies to us.

Tabby had a bad habit of whenever she was petted her nose would run. :) She also stuttered when she meowed. Yes, stuttered. She also liked to chase mice, but wouldnt' eat them. She'd just play them to death and then leave them for Fuzz.

Fuzz was a quieter kitty, though just as silly. She was our mouser and local hair problem. She was very skittish for some reason and we'd crack up every time they would jump 4 feet off the ground when we'd move our feet! She liked going outside whenever she could sneak out and would be gone for days.

We lost Tabby in 95, i think itwas. We took her to my mom's house until we could get moved out to the country cause she had started staying outside. Well, as soon as she got to my mom's she ran off and we could never find her again. :(

We lost Fuzz in 97 when we put her outside when we got a new couch. (she liked sharpening her claws way to much) and preferred to be outside anyway, but she found a new home somewhere else. She came back one day while i was outside tending to flowers and stayed for awhile and i got to pet her and love on her, then she left to go back to her new home.

At least i got to say bye to her.
