Subject: URGENT-meeting tomorrow afternoon!
Hi all! Sorry about the late notice for the meeting tomorrow afternoon. I must admit that I completely forgot
about posting the announcement over the weekend (sorry Karla, Jenny and Jonas :-) )
Anyway, I hope you can make the meeting at 4:30 p.m. at school tomorrow. It's urgent (as all the meetings have
been so far). The agenda will be the alumni homecoming plans.
We also need to get an idea of how many of us will be able to attend the reunion on February 21st at 4:00 p.m.
(the more the merrier!). Please let your friends know about this and get back to us as to the number of
graduates in your batch that you think will be able to attend. Also email us any other email addresses you
might have. THANKS!
See you tomorrow!

Hi Michelline! The video will also be set up on (tentatively) on Wednesday and Thursday to take videos of
the students at work. These are alternate days for you and others who will not be able to make it this
Saturday. THANKS!!

Subject: Alumni meeting -- URGENT!
WHAT: Alumni Meeting
WHEN: Saturday, January 10, 2004 at 10:30 a.m.
WHY: Planning for the Alumni Homecoming on Feb. 21
Videotaping of alumni testimonies
The Video committee is preparing a 15-minute video for the school's orientation program (rather than showing a
US-made video). The Souvenir Program Committee would also like some feedback from the alumni. Thus, to hit
three birds with one stone, we will have a videocamera set up for the alumni to give their answers to some
questions. What you say may be put either in the video or in the souvenir program.
We would really appreciate your support!
