Hi guys!
Thanks for the update, Mia! I just wanted to clarify one thing: the newsletter we're publishing is the MMF
Family Council newsletter, which we give to MMF students, parents, and teachers. We'll be including a bit of
alumni news in it and a call for donations for Homecoming Night. If any of you want a copy of the newsletter,
we can make copies available at Ms. Marichu's office.
See y'all at the bazaar!

Subject: Updates on the MMFI Alumni organization
Today, Ms. Alcantara met with a couple of the "officers" of our alumni organization. We agreed that we will set
up the association by incorporating under SEC so that we can be recognized. There will be another meeting on
Saturday, November 22, at 10:00 a.m. at the school. All alumni are invited. We will discuss the student bazaar
as well as the details for the homecoming celebration, among others. Please spread the word :-)
Hope to see you there!

Subject: update on the 25th anniversary celebration
Hi! Let me first thank the 13 alumni who attended the meeting last October 24&25 to come up with plans for the
25th anniversary celebration of our school. Nine batches (out of 22) were represented, though we missed the
middle batches (1990-1996).
Tentatively, here are the plans:
Some alumni (particularly Batch 2000) will participate in the Student Bazaar on December 5 to raise funds for
the homecoming celebration. We welcome any food donations for that activity. Alumni who would like to come and
help out are invited.
On Saturday, February 21st, at 5:00 p.m., we will have homecoming night. There will be food, games,
talent-sharing :-), prizes, and fun, fun, fun! We would also like to raise money to begin a continuing fund for
the school. Part of this will be used to purchase something that the school may need (suggestions include a
sound system or an LCD projector).
Committees have been formed by the students who attended the last meeting. I will send this list and
descriptions to you once we have finalized the committees. Maybe you would like to help out in
whatever way you can.
If you have pictures you can share to be used in a slideshow on homecoming night, please upload them to this
site.
Email addresses (or other contact information) of other alumni will be appreciated.
The next meeting will be on Friday, November 7, at 4:00 p.m. at school. Hope to see many of you there!
The committees will continue to update you on the activities. If you have any suggestions, please send them to
us.
Thanks and God bless!
