Ribbon Bound

Today I moved, I left one screen, exchanged the blue
for 'nother scene. Clouds in layers way up high, another
view of blue in sky. Lying back, closed my mind
where I tried some peace to find. I rode the breeze,
shut out the world, felt warmly blushed by thoughts unfurled.
It's you I saw ... a shadow clear, closer coming, walking near.
Long slow steps, your hand reached out, to touch my soul,
my heart, no doubt. Desires mine, as I too tried,
with outstretched hands and tears, I cried. I'm waiting here,
can't your eyes feel... the heat, the warmth,
the love, the real. And just as words from lips escaped,
a noise in sky zoomed loud, awake. It did me out
from dreams of you as planes I saw maneuver, two.
And spin and dip and watched, in awe, tried to capture
in their fall. Then quickly gone as they had come
the peace came back, though dream was done. But softly
came another breeze, slipped back to dreamland
with an ease to finish thoughts of fantasy,
a gentle kiss from you to me.
And sinful touch, desires met, I floated high on clouds
and yet, another sound, called out to me. My heart was pounding,
for you see, I turned around I seemed to feel
the touch, the kiss, the sin was real.
Saw next to me, placed on the ground,
was rose, so red with ribbon bound.
Attached a note, for eyes to view
with words of share to me from you:

"Here lay two roses, blooms yet to unfold
One is a treasure, the other is gold
Awaiting the tender to open expand
Longingly, both need a warm guiding hand
Almost perfection in life yet untold
Here lay two roses, blooms yet to unfold."
