Sighs The Moon

from the ocean cove, by the pale of the moon
sighing sounds whisper the blush
trembling voices, in chilled evening air
heard over the lapping waves' rush

his mind has been touched, by the shimmer of skin
by the feel of thoughts dampened, yet fresh
under light from above, walking shadowed, in hand
dancing as flesh brushes flesh

lighting the way, the moon shines its face
eyes winking as stars, diamond glow
each sand print that follows, the one from before
leaves trails of a love that shall flow

one print into time, ahead blooming full
with wishes and dreams coming true
and those left behind, will fade deep within
having memories in mind only, to view

walk, deserted, the beach, in the shadows of night
two lovers, inhaling the mist
as echos of moans can be heard through the fog
and their bodies are blanketed with kiss

embracing the warmth, and the sweet scented wind
and the tastes of the dew from desire
closing in is the dark with it's longing of touch
and the sparks now igniting the fire

pleasures of teasing, gyrations of hot
their bodies both rising to swells
stroking the pale 'neath the blush of the moon
'til the tides, their splashing quells

the stillness of touch, stirring whispers of ~sighs
as their lips taste of honey, so sweet
they rise once again leaving prints in the sand
memories, with dreams yet to complete
