| I work in Rayne at my brother's
restaurant the Crawfish Hut. I have
been working there for about seven years now. I would like to get
out
of the crawfish business and start a contracting business with my
brother Mark. Mark and I have been planning on doing this for a
while
now so hopefully in the next 5 years we can get something
rolling. In
the mean time I am going to do some work with a friend of mine that is
a contractor to show me the ropes a little bit. |
