Got word a couple days ago that two of my poems, "Don't Be Sad" and "Hard Hearing," have been accepted for the first issue of Poetry:stet. Should be available in about a week.

No other writing except some poems in my journal, nothing to get excited about. I might have written something in Austin last week, but I don't remember. Have had a couple ideas for some stories, but haven't had time to sketch anything out.

Did become a blogcritic over the weekend. Posted a review of disc by Pat Metheny and the Heath Brothers. Hope to do more jazz and poetry reviews, much like I do for Monk Notes, but longer pieces on more recent works. No pay, but maybe a few free cds and books. Yippee!
