As I write this, I am at home instead of work. The alternator (we think) on the van finally quit and so Tonya and I are stuck without a vehicle My father-in-law and brother-in-law are working on it while I take care of sick twins at home. This meant that Alex missed her last rehearsal and may be in trouble in choir and that Max and I missed going to the Stars game last night. Sigh.

Have tried to call John about his motorcycle accident, but no one answers the phone.

Max was in a parade with his scout den a couple Saturdays ago. Tonya took pictures, but with her cell, so I don't know when I'll be able to post them. The girls have had a full plate of soccer games. Alex's team lost two that weekend and one last weekend. Michaela's team had to forfeit her two games (including the one against Alex's team) because a handful of parents are too damn stubborn to bring their kids to the games. It is a shame because the girls that have been regular have worked very hard and been great troopers even though they have lost every game.

Sunday the twins and Alex went to a party for the youth at church while the boy went to the something for the younger kids. It appears that everyone had a good time. Tomorrow, should the car get fixed, Tonya might take Alex with her to Commerce. They are having some cool Halloween things there. I suppose I'll be doing the trick or treating thing with the other kids. That is if the car gets fixed. Until then, I plod along...

This weekend both teams are off. We are still trying to schedule a "friendly" between the two teams. Max and I plan to go to the family campout with the scouts, though I have no idea how I am going to feed the two of us since I know nothing about camp cooking. Yee-freakin'-hah!

John is in recovery. He is healing well. We had a huge scare! The motorcycle is going to get fixed- thank God for insurance. I repeat to everyone, the accident was not the motorcycle's fault. It was definately Johns. He will never ride again without a helmet. Lesson learned. We have been busy too. I cant blog at work and am too tired to get on my slow pc at home. I hoped to do better on weekends but lately those have been getting away from me too. Hugs to the Royce City clan. The Quitman Clan is on the mend. Hopefully John will go back to work Wednesday with 70% healing. Adios.
