Lone Eagle Academy will be taking place June 19-22. There will be a Discovery Training Camp as well as a Junior Training Camp. At this camp, your ranger will learn many valuable lessons in leadership and other areas of Royal Rangers as well as have opportunities to pass of advancements. The camp will be held in Springville, Alabama, at the Camp Lone Eagle. If you are interested in having your boy attend this camp, please send in your application ASAP. We encourage you to have your boy attend as this can be a life changing camp. Applications and more information is available at the Alabama District web site.


The Alabama District Pow Wow is rapidly approaching. It will take place on June 22-24 at Camp Lone Eagle in Springville, Al. This is a great time for both boys and men. The theme for the Pow Wow is Operation Disciple. For more information see the Alabama District web site.


The Mobile Section Commander's meeting will be held on July 6. Commander's meetings are usually held on the first Tuesday of the month, but, since Tuesday is July 4, the meeting was moved to Thursday. We encourage all commanders in the section to attend.


It's finally here. It is time for the National Camporama. It only takes place once every four years and it is taking place on July 17-21. It will be held at Camp Eagle Rock in Spirngfield, Missouri. There will be Royal Rangers form across the nation and from other countries. Make plans to attend this unforgettable experience. The Mobile Sectional Pow Wow is right around the corner. It will take place on August 11-12. The Pow Wow will take place at our Mobile Section Royal Ranger campsite. More information will be available at the Commander's meeting. Make sure to bring patch designs to the next Commander's meeting on July 6.
