| Sometime there will be a man next to the hut in the back of the Gold Saucer's ropeway station. He can exchange your Gil for GP and a 'special' rate. He will exchange 100 Gil for 1 GP up to 10000 Gil. If he is not there the first time, just enter and exit a couple of times throught the main gate and he will show up (1 out of 15).
