          You may have realised that this edition of Model East is late. The sad story behind this, is the fact that my computer’s hard drive crashed. With that happening I lost every piece of data, this included the Model East newsletter. I’m glad that I had the template saved to disk.

           You will now find the index for the club’s library on the web site thanks to the efforts of Ralph Riese our club librarian and Peter Merrick the author of our web site. Also important to note and remember is a new email address for anyone wanting to submit articles for the newsletter it is modeleast@yahoo.com.au 

          In this edition of Model East there is an article on the new Revell P47M by Dale Slight. Plus the usual round up of model releases that I know about mostly from Tamiya including: - aircraft in 1:32 scale Mitsubishi A6M5 Zero Fighter, a 1:12 Yamaha XV1600 Road Star and in 1:72 Mitsubishi A6M5 Zero Fighter and North American P-51D Mustang. That’s about it for this issue, remember we are still looking for articles for publication in the newsletter.
