Right click your Halo:PC shortcut file. Left click on the "Properties" option.
	The target line should look like this.
	Change the target line. Add "-console" to the end. Make sure you have a space before the "-". Click OK. If you already have Halo running, you MUST exit it entirely.
	Open up your Halo.exe file using the shortcut you modified. Once you open Halo, press the [ ` ] key. It's the key under the [Esc] key.
